"TS-CORP" invested in "Traditions of Stability" - a Russian company in the segment of sales of wiring accessories and lighting equipment.

“TS-CORP”, a group of companies whose activities are related to the implementation of long-term investments in the interests of CEO Evgenii Azarov, announces the acquisition of more than 55% of shares in the “Traditions of Stability” company. The shares were acquired by “TS-CORP” through an investment in the company's capital.

“Traditions of Stability” is a Russian company specializing in retail and wholesale sales of wiring accessories and lighting equipment. The company has been operating in the market of the Moscow region since 2001. Today there are more than 300,000 product items in the assortment. 

Official suppliers of “Tradition of Stability” include global companies such as ABB, Gira, Schneider Electric, Legrand and Jung. The high quality of the products sold, combined with a loyal pricing policy, allow the company to annually increase turnover and regularly increase the growth of direct sales. 

Since 2001, the company has been creating a comfortable offline space for the selection of wiring products and lighting equipment. We invest a lot of resources on the development of an internal technical base to ensure fast and high-quality work with orders. “Traditions of Stability” showrooms are an open, interactive space for inspiration and a pleasant selection process.

The format of warehouse stores has long outlived its usefulness, while Internet commerce does not fully satisfy the needs of the modern buyer. The company creates an omnichannel network for the most comfortable acquaintance with the products. “Traditions of Stability” became the first company in the field of electrical lighting technology to open trade spaces in the Exhibition-Sale format.

The goal of "Traditions of Stability" for the next 3-4 years is to scale the network of showrooms in Russia, reach a turnover of more than 1 billion rubles, taking 5% of the market for offline sales of wiring accessories and lighting equipment. In 2022 it is planned to rebrand the network. Today “Traditions of Stability” occupies about 1% of the offline sales market, which is estimated at 22 billion rubles and has the potential to grow to 30 billion by 2030.
